A. Color changing problem. 

There are many reasons for discoloration: ultraviolet, temperature, humidity, air and the PH of the environemnt where the product are storaged. 

Then how to prvent the discloloration. 

a. CHoose a good quality with high temepature toner. 

b. Choose better lubricant that it is not easy to separate out. 

c. add antioxidants and ultraviolet absorbers to improve the weather resistantce. 

d.Try to reduce the processing Temepature so long as it can cater for basic process request. 

e. Use good weather resistance paint. 

B Deformation

a. reduce or dont add the additive which it effect the material deformation such as CPE, DOP, ESBO and low melting lubricants. 

c. Reasonable lubricants system and dosage.

d. Reasonable processing speed and temepature of cooling. 

C Flame Retardant problem.

The key is to increase its oxygen index and reduce the amount of smoke produced during combustion.  Can be filled with flame retardants, plasticizers use chlorinated paraffin.
