We cant discuss formulation ignoring the quality of raw material. So one good formulation are not only by the ratio of additive and also with the quality of raw material. For one pack pvc stabilizer, although a lot of supplier said they can supply one-pack stabilizer,but its quality is totally different, it usually will effect the end-products performance because of inner ratio and quality. 

So there is no sense if we can't confirm specific grade of raw material. One pack stabilizer is the most important additive for pvc profile production. It should have two function "stabilIzier"and lubricant". Pvc Stabilizer can stop pvc resin decomposing to realize basic mechnical property. Inner&out lubricant can effect the flowablity and viscosity, leg strength, rate of dimensional changing, the state of heating and surfacesmoothness. 

At present, reducing cost become one Coincidentally chocie when raw material cost become higher and higher. A lot of ways we can chosoe, like using low-cost stabilizer, using plasticier , and impact modifier, and adding filler such as Caco3. But if you add too much calcium carbonate, it will effect end-products inner character. PLS be careful to choose basic raw material.
